Slide case - a box made of acid-free Mahogany wood. The parts of the box are connected without nails. The inside has grooves for placing the slides one by one without touching each other. Each slide is packaged in a kraft envelope with a frame made of black acetate, which improves storage conditions and prevents the slides from spoiling. There is a list of contents on the inside of the box lid. The box was made in Pennsylvania, USA, probably in the 1940s of the 20th century .
