The Agfamatic 2000 is a compact pocket camera that uses 110 film cartridges made by Agfa and was introduced in 1973. Weather icons for sun and cloud appear on the front of the camera, allowing quick selection. It offers two shutter speeds: 1/100 and 1/50 seconds, with flash provided by Magicubes. Like other Agfamatics, it features a push-pull film advance-closing and opening the camera after each shot automatically advances the film to the next frame. Particularly popular in Germany, this Agfamatic model also has a distinct red mechanical "sensor" release button. Fully manual, the camera requires no battery to operate.
