The blower is made of 3 parts: two of plastic material and the third part of metal. The plastic part is half hard and the other half is
 flexible, from the center of the hard part comes a metal tube whose function is to let in and take out air. 
The expulsion of air is done by a push action with the help of the flexible part, the air current cleans the watch mechanism from dust.
